- Identity and contact data (name, organisation, e-mail address, phone) submitted through the contact forms and the AVA journey,
- The answers and documents (PDF) you choose to send us to present your project,
- Browsing data (technical and, where applicable, analytics cookies),
- Data voluntarily sent by the user (contact requests, registrations, etc.).
We do not collect any sensitive data.
2. Purpose of processing
The data is used exclusively to:
- Respond to your contact requests and review your project,
- Analyse site traffic (via statistical tools),
- Improve the site’s content and security.
Requests submitted through AVA are sent by e-mail to the Hexablock team and kept in the site’s administration area. We do not sell or transfer your data to unauthorised third parties.
3. Legal basis of processing
Processing is based on your consent (forms, cookies), our legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning of the site, or compliance with a legal obligation where applicable.
4. Retention period
Data is kept for a maximum of 12 months for data related to forms and the AVA journey, and 1 month for cookies placed on your device.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
