Whereas:
The partners wish to promote an innovation esprit de corps across France and share this commitment to innovation; they wish to collaborate to achieve this goal. It has been agreed as follows:
Article 1: Purpose of the partnership
The purpose of this partnership is to develop a voluntary and motivated multidisciplinary network in order to strengthen the innovation esprit de corps in France.
Article 2: Commitment of the parties
The parties undertake to join forces to create a dynamic and inclusive innovation culture based on sharing and cooperation. Together, they aspire to support innovative initiatives, making new ideas and solutions possible through their collective will.
By innovation esprit de corps, they mean a shared determination to collaborate and support one another, enriched by shared experiences and a strong commitment to their innovation mission. They undertake to promote this vision for a positive and lasting impact in the service of the common good.
Article 3: Duration of the partnership
The partnership is established for a period of 3 years, automatically renewable unless one of the parties decides otherwise.
Article 4: Declaration of intent
The commitments made here are moral and voluntary in nature, aimed at encouraging an innovation culture. They create no legal obligations for the parties.
